SAHS November PEP Meeting - via Zoom

PEP will be hosting the November PEP meeting via Zoom on Monday, November 1, from 6:30pm - 8:00pm. Please sign up only once per family – additional signups will be deleted. Each family that participates will receive 1.5 service hours no matter how many parents attend the virtual meeting. Parents must RSVP through Track it Forward AND attend the meeting to receive service hour credit.
The Zoom link to attend the meeting is embedded in this event listing, and will also be available in the RSVP confirmation you receive after you sign up to attend the meeting and in the reminder email you receive from Track it Forward 2 days prior to the meeting. Families will NOT receive a separate email on the day of the meeting, so please sign up to attend ASAP and save your confirmation email. In order to maintain service hour tracking, please do not forward the Zoom meeting link to other parents.
Reminder: When you log in to the PEP meeting on Zoom please:
*change your name to reflect the parent name on your TIF account.
*add your first and last name AND your student name and grade in the chat.
After we have verified your attendance at the meeting, PEP will log and confirm your 1.5 hours per family. Please do not log these hours yourself. Contact volunteer@longbeachsaints.org with any questions.
