St. Anthony High School, Long Beach

ASB is hosting BOP spirit week, and they have requested the following donations for prizes:
Two $5 Starbucks gift cards
Four $10 gift cards to In N Out, Raising Cane's, OR Chick-fil-A

Sign up below for the specific card(s) you want to donate. You may sign up multiple times if you would like to donate more than one card. Please only donate the specific cards you sign up for - do not submit anything extra.

Every $25 in gift cards will be credited for 1 service hour; we will also provide partial service hour credit for gift cards of lower values. Families may earn a maximum of 1 service hour for their donation. Your hours will be logged and approved after your donation is received. You do not need to log your hours separately. Please drop off your donation at the SAHS front desk and include the following information on the envelope:
BOP spirit week rally, C/O Mayra Fernandez
GIFT CARD and amount
Name of parent
Name and grade of student(s)
