Gift Card Donation for Thanksgiving Meal for the Homeless

We are accepting donations of Smart & Final and Costco gift cards to help purchase items for our Thanksgiving Meal for the Homeless. Every $25 spent is worth 1 service hour. All gift cards must be turned in to the front office by Thursday, 11/15. Gift card(s) should be in an envelope with the following information written on the outside:

Note: You do not need to log your service hours in Track it Forward. Your submission will be verified once your donation is received. You will receive an email from Track It Forward verifying your hour(s).
