Parents Challenge

(Session for Parents, Middle & High School Scholars)
Every community member can play a role in recognizing when someone may be struggling and helping connect them to support. This session will focus on suicide prevention awareness, including how to identify warning signs, respond with care, and access appropriate resources.

 
Participants will learn practical strategies for supporting individuals who may be experiencing emotional distress or thoughts of suicide, while building confidence in having supportive conversations and encouraging help-seeking when needed.

Together, we can create safer, more connected communities through awareness, education, and early intervention.
