9:30 Leave for Paco Sanchez Park
10:00 Snack + Bell
10:00-11:30 Play at Paco Sanchez Park
11:30 Lunch + Eye break
12:00 Leave for Rude / Change into swimsuits
1:00-3:00 Swim at Rude
3:00 Snack + 3 Anchor breaths
