8th Grade Luncheon - 7th Grade Families Only

Volunteers are needed for the 8th grade's graduation luncheon next week! Read job descriptions carefully (by clicking on the + sign) before signing up. The event is on Friday, June 7, but shifts are available on both Thursday, June 6 and Friday, June 7.

THURSDAY, JUNE 6: Moving Tables - Truck Needed
Truck is needed for pick up of 10 round tables, and 3 rectangular tables from chuch patio by the chapel. They will be ready for pick up. Must be picked up between 9am and 2pm. Deliver to school hall.
9:00am - 12:00pm
FRIDAY, JUNE 7: Final Set Up
Set up hall for banquet. Finishing touches, flowers, help set up food/drinks/etc..
12:00pm - 3:00pm
FRIDAY, JUNE 7: Help during event
Help during event to ensure it runs smoothly, help to direct 7th graders while lunch is being served etc..

FRIDAY, JUNE 7: Photographer
Take photos during 8th grade banquet, upload and send to 7th grade room parent after event so 8th grade class can be given access to photos.

FRIDAY, JUNE 7: 7th grade lunch
Pick up lunch for 7th graders (pizza drinks etc.) Please have food to the school by 2pm. $50 budget max, please submit receipt to school with a form and indicate it is for 8th grade banquet.

FRIDAY, JUNE 7: Clean Up & Take Down
Clean up after banquet, break down tables/chairs etc…
4:30pm - 8:00pm
THURSDAY, JUNE 6: Set Up
Set up hall for banquet. Set up tables, chairs, steam linens, decorate, etc.
5:00pm
FRIDAY, JUNE 7: Moving tables - truck needed
Pick up tables and deliver back to church. Must be delivered by 7pm to patio by chapel. Truck will be needed for this.
