Volunteers are needed to help set-up for a special WASC Committee Dinner and Meeting in School Hall. There are opportunites to volunteer for set-up, serving the buffet dinner, and/or clean-up. This is a very important school event. In the event that you have signed up and cannot volunteer on that date, please contact the Event Coordinator, Yolanda Palomo at 213-893-5039. Location: School Hall

3:30pm - 5:00pm
Event Set-up Helper
Place table cloths on tables, help set-up buffet service, assist Event Coordinator, as needed.

Dinner Helper
Help serve buffet dinner, assist Event Coordinator, as needed

7:00pm - 9:00pm
Event Clean-up
Assist with taking down buffet service, assist with clean-up as directed by Event Coordinator; shift may end earlier.
