St. Vincent de Paul Soup Supper

Please join us and volunteer for the Lenten Soup Supper. We need volunteers and food items for this event. All families are invited to addended this event and a small donation is alway appreciated.

Time 6- 7pm
5:30pm - 5:50pm
Meatless Soups
Please bring a meatless soup that serves approx. 10 people. All items need to be dropped off the school hall ready to serve (you may use a crockpot) and also bring serving utensil. Label your dishes and return between 7:00-7:25pm to pickup dishes. All unclaimed dishes and utensils will be left in the kitchen. Earn 1 hour for every $20 spent, plus your time.

Bread rolls - 24 rolls
Please bring dinner rolls to the school kitchen no later than 5:45pm. Label your items "Soup Supper". Earn 1 hour for every $20 spent.

Salad
Green Salad, Fruit Salad, or Cheese Tray. Please make sure all items are meatless. Label your dishes and/or return at 7:30 to pick them up. All unclaimed dishes & utensils will be left in the kitchen. Earn 1 hour for every $20 spent, plus your time.
5:45pm - 7:30pm
Serve & cleanup
Help serve guests, and replenish food. And, clean-up. Don't forget to log your service hours!
