Habitat for Humanity of Lincoln

The planned construction activity for the day is building the basement wall of a new build. Habitat for Humanity will provide an 8-10 person professional crew that will provide direction to our volunteers. Prior to May 5, volunteers will need to watch a construction site safety video and take a post-video quiz (which can be done as a group). Some volunteers may have already done this.
Volunteers are asked to wear close toed shoes, clothes that can get dirty, and layer appropriately. No construction experience is needed, the staff will provide the training and tools required. Volunteers are asked to bring their own water to keep hydrated throughout the day.
