Lets meet under the Happy Hour Tree after the Semi Annual meeting. If this happy hour falls on a Saturday, there will be no Sunday Happy Hour
3:45am - 6:45pm
Host
Put beer and wine on ice, get tablecloths, cups and paper products from Social Locker, greet guests. Take stock of left-over wine and beer.
4:00pm - 7:00pm
Volunteers
Help host. Organize the HH table. Mingle, clean up at end and return supplies to Social Locker. Take stock of left-over wine and beer.
