The Hillsmere Family Fun Run is a 1 mile and 5k un-timed running event to help raise funds for the school's Back Pack Buddies.
7:30am - 9:00am
Registration Table/Set up
Hand out race registration numbers and register day of entrants.
Get the event ready for participants.

Raffle Table
Pick the winning numbers for the raffle items and distribute the items to the winners

Refreshment Table
Transfer the registration table into a refreshment table for after the race

Bike Monitor
We will need a lead and final bike monitor to watch over the course and participants
10:00am - 11:00am
Clean up
Break down tables and remove all items from the race.
