Help create of find costumes for the show

Find Sponsors for the program and help promote the show with emails, posters and handouts.

Take Pictures of Cast members during rehearsals, Headshots, and make the show board. Take pictures at dress rehearsal on May 3 and put together a scrapbook.

Design and Make program and have them ready for the performance. Work closely with PR & Ad team. Also make tickets and distribute them to the cast before the show.

Find and create props for the show. Many props for this show the kids can create.

Help build the set pieces, paint the wooden backdrops, create other set needs and help find set pieces.

Please bring a truck or trailer to transport everything to the theatre

Help the day of the show to get the kids hair make-up and costumes ready

Help backstage during performances. Help manage the student backstage crew

Run the table in the lobby to sell tickets and concessions.
