Tech Week:
April 30th-May 2nd- 3:30- 6:00 in the future auditorium. All cast members must be present. Bring snacks!

Dress Rehearsal:
May 3rd at West Bowles Church 4-7 p.m.

Performances:
Friday, May 4th at 7 p.m. Arrive at 5 p.m. at West Bowles
Saturday, May 5th - at 2 and 7 p.m. Arrive at 12 p.m. Break from 3:30-6:00 p.m. Return at 6 p.m.

Costumes
These people help create or find costumes for the show. They may also be needed to help kids get in costumes for the time of the show. WE NEED HELP HERE! Leader: Beth Naylor

PR and Advertising
These people work closely to find sponsors for our programs and help promote the show with e-mails, posters and handouts. They also contact local papers to come and watch our show and write about it. Leader: Nicole Hockin

Photography
These people take pictures of cast members during rehearsals, they take headshots and make the show board, take at the dress rehearsal on May 3, and put together a scrapbook. Leader:

Tickets and Programs
These people design and make the program, and have them ready for performance. They work closely with PR and Advertising. These people make the tickets and help distribute them to the cast before the show and also have them ready for the show. Leader:

Props
These people are in charge of finding/creating props (items on stage) for the show. Many props for this show the kids can create and they will be artsy crafty projects! Leader:

Sets/Backdrops
These people help build the set pieces, paint the wooden backdrops, create other set needs, and help find other set pieces we need. Leaders:

Transport Crew
These people provide trucks and trailers to transport everything to the theatre during the day on May 3. Leader:

Backstage Crew (4 volunteers/each show)
These people help backstage during performances to help with safety, backstage noise, entrances and exits, and moving set pieces where needed. These parents must also be at one rehearsal during tech week to know what to do backstage. They will also be helping manage the student backstage crew. Leader: Angie Stockwell
