LS Winterfest - help set up a surprise

A KLS Mom is looking for another KLS Mom to help prep for a surprise for Winterfest. The prep work doesn't require any special skills - just be willing to lend a hand (there won't be any heavy lifting either).
The prep work will be done at the KLS Mom's place in Sunnyvale. The KLS Mom is planning on doing the prep work 9:30 AM - 11:00 AM, but she is flexible with the time too.
