8: 20 walk to compound
8:30 Breakfast
9:00 Off-Load Props trailer
-take props to staging area
-extend props
-organize so they are ready-to-go!
Off-load and organize All Band Equipment
9:50 Breathing Gym/colorgaurd go ahead and take care of anything you need to do, and go to guard warm-up area.
10:00 Uniforms and plumes
10:20-10:55 Dynamic Warm/Basics/Vis (Battery and front ensemble percussion go to percussion warm up area closest to field)
11:00 walk
11:10 Music Warm/Winds
11:40 Walk
11:50 Gate

12:00 Perform

12:45 Lunch
1:30 Watch Bands
3:23- Prelim Awards
Finals Performance TBD
(Guessing between 7-7:15pm)
7:45 Dinner
8:30 Get a head start with compound
9:00 watch grants pass!
Finals Awards 9:33
9:50 Finish breaking down compound
10:20 walk back to gym
10:45-12:00 (maybe 12:30am if Dunlop and I agree) Hang with Century, music, dance, socialize.

Pit Crew
Help get and push props and equipment to the field and onto the field during performances. Please plan to meet at by the uniforms at 11am for prelims. The meeting time for finals will be determined once we know our gate time for finals.

Overnight Chaperones
At least 4 chaperones will be needed to sleep in the gym and a couple more folks will be staged in the main and back hall. A balance of male and female volunteers are needed please!
