Pick up the pizzas from Costco and deliver them to Hare Field

Time is TBD on this. We will need at least one driver.

5-6 volunteers needed. (2 for counter, 2 for the back, 1 as a runner, 1 optional for restocking).

Please plan to meet at 5:00pm (same as kids) at the band room. You can ride with the kids on the busses, help during the game, and ride back with them afterward.

Geoff Fotland is the contact for this volunteer role.

Pit Crew is responsible for pushing the front ensemble instruments, equipment, and drum major stands from a staging area onto the field during halftime. They also help pull everything back off the field. This is a quick and easy job!

Vidal Celino will be the Pit Crew lead this year. Contact Vidal at 503-484-7131.

6 volunteers needed. (This shift requires clean up and restocking at the end of the night. 2 of the 6 volunteers will be needed to count the money).
