Saturday, Oct. 14th PERFORMANCE DAY!

7:00-8:00am- Wake up, shower, organize what you need for the day.
8:00am-Walk over to our compound. Unload Band Trailer and Props
8:15-9:30am- Eat Breakfast, Stage Props, organize all band equipment in organized/efficient manner (Section Leads)
9:30am-Uniforms
10:00am- Breathing Gym
10:10am-Feet/Choreo
11:10am-Walk to warm-up area
11:20am-Music Warm-Up
11:50am-Walk to “Gate Area” Props are stored here! Marchers, Front Ensemble, Battery and Guard Meet all meet at Gate by 12:00pm
12:13pm-Preliminary Performance

Finals performance TBD

Please plan to meet at by the uniforms at 11am for prelims. The meeting time for finals will be determined once we know our gate time for finals.

Overnight Chaperones
At least 4 chaperones will be needed to sleep in the gym and a couple more folks will be staged in the main and back hall. A balance of male and female volunteers are needed please!
