All Day Marching Competition

4:30 a.m. - Meet at Hilhi
5:30 a.m. - Depart for University of Oregon
7:30 a.m. - Arrive at UofO - Offload - Band to take props to staging area in Autzen. (It takes at least 30 minutes to do this piece.) Students not
staging props will offload equipment truck.
8:10 a.m. - Breakfast
8:40 a.m. - Uniforms
9:00 a.m. - Breathing Gym
PERCUSSION CAN USE THIS TIME TO GO TO PERCUSSION WARM-UP AREA! Make sure to head over to give yourselves plent of time
to get to field entrance. Even if it means you start moving towards it at 10 a.m. Autzen is a huge area to negotiate. Give yourself
enough time!
Guard, can you Moshofsky and it's super close to field entrance.
9:30 a.m. - Walk-time
9:45 a.m. - Music warm-up/choreo
10:15 a.m. - Walk-time to gate
10:30 a.m. - EVERYONE AT GATE TO GET IN ORDER FOR TUNNEL ENTRANCE
10:44 a.m. - Performance
12 p.m. - Lunch
1 p.m.-4:30 p.m. - Watch Bands!!! Here is your chance to see everyone's show!
4:32 p.m. - Preliminary Awards Retreat!

In the event we make it into finals, dinner time will be determined off the finals schedule. If we don't make finals, dinner will be at 5 p.m.

10:10 p.m. - Finals Award Ceremony

10:30 p.m. - Load Buses/Depart UO for home
12:45 a.m. Return to Hilhi/Offload Band Truck
1:00 a.m. - Head Home!

Pit Volunteers
Lindsay Garcia and Wendy Saxton will be the Pit Crew co-leads this year. Contact Lindsay at 503-778-0630 or Wendy at 503-319-3936. They will be available to provide direction to folks who are unfamiliar with what needs to be done. Pit will be responsible for helping move the front ensemble, drum major stands, mic & stand, and possibly the props during the preliminary and final performances at each band event. During the awards that follow the prelim performance, we will find out what time we play in the finals. Once we have that time, Lindsay and Wendy will make an announcement as to when to meet back at the compound to move Pit for the finals performance.
