Meet 6 am - Get on buses (everything is loaded already from Friday night's rehearsal)
7:00am - Arrive/Offload Hillsboro Stadium
7:30 am - Muffins and hot chocolate
8:00 am - Uniforms
8:30 am - Breathing gym/feet and choreo warm-up
9:00 am - Walk to music warm-up area
9:10 am - Music warm-up
9:45 am - Walk to gate
9:55 am - Gate time
10:05 am - Prelims performance
11:30 am - Lunch
12:15-2:00 pm watch and support other groups
2:22 pm - Preliminary awards ceremony
Dinnertime TBD by finals performance schedule
9:17 pm - Finals awards
10:30 pm - Return to Hilhi

Compound Set Up/Tear Down
Volunteers are needed to set up the Compound. Contact is Mike Armitage: 971-263-5051. Compound volunteers will assist with setting up our tents and kitchen. Help is also needed to break everything down on Saturday night and re-load the truck. We typically will break down our compound toward the end of the night; however, we try to get a jump on it before the end of the competition.

Pit Crew
Lindsay Garcia and Wendy Saxton will be the Pit Crew co-leads this year. Contact Lindsay at 503-778-0630 or Wendy at 503-319-3936. They will be available to provide direction to folks who are unfamiliar with what needs to be done. Pit will be responsible for helping move the front ensemble, drum major stands, mic & stand, and possibly the props during the preliminary and final performances at each band event. During the awards that follow the prelim performance, we will find out what time we play in the finals. Once we have that time, Lindsay and Wendy will make an announcement as to when to meet back at the compound to move Pit for the finals performance.
