Home Coming Parade followed by Football Game at Hare Field. Call time is 3:45pm.

Friday Night is our Homecoming Parade and Football Game! Students need to stay at school when school gets out!

Here are the details:

3:45 Pizza Dinner in Band Room

4:15p-Students get into uniforms, and also help out with any additional loading of the trucks.

5pm-Depart for Lincoln Elementary School

6pm-Parade Step-off (March from Lincoln Elementary to Hare Field)

6:30pm (ish) Arrive at Hare Field.

Chaperones
Football Game at Hare Field Update (9/13): Please plan to meet at 3:45pm (same as kids) at the band room. You can ride with the kids on the busses, walk with them during the short parade, help during the game, and ride back with them afterward. **Chaperones will need to be able to walk 2 miles with the band. It will take about 30 minutes to walk 2 miles.*** Geoff Fotland is the contact for this volunteer role.

U-Haul Drivers
We will need two drivers for two U-haul trucks full of props and equipment. Drivers will drive from Hilhi to Hare Field and back following the game. Contact is Mike Armitage: 971-263-5051

6:00pm - 8:00pm
Snack Shack -1st Shift
7-8 volunteers needed. (3 for counter, 2 for the back, 2 as a runner, 1 optional for restocking). Please plan to stay during half-time to work the Snack Shack as this is the busiest time. Snack Shack Lead is Liz Foglesong: 971-732-4421; contact her with questions.

7:00pm - 9:00pm
Pit Crew
Pit Crew is responsible for pushing the front ensemble instruments, equipment, and drum major stands from a staging area onto the field during halftime. They also help pull everything back off the field. This is a quick and easy job! Lindsay Garcia and Wendy Saxton will be the Pit Crew co-leads this year.
