Spring Band Night Out

This is a fundraising event for the band and will run 11am-4pm. Students will go door to door to raise money for the band's general fund. Parents are needed to drive groups of kids (however many you can fit in your vehicle) around to different neighborhoods. In addition, drum line students will play at the Sunset Esplanade. Parent volunteers are needed to chaperone those students. After all money is collected, parents are to go back to the band hall to count the money and turn it in for a 2nd count.
10:30am - 11:00am
Transport drums to Esplanade
We will need a couple of individuals to transport drums & Hilhi Band flags from Hilhi to the Esplanade so they are there by 11am. The drums will need to be brought back to Hilhi at 4pm.
10:30am - 4:30pm
Parent Drivers/Chaperones
Please plan to meet at Hilhi at 10:30am to get your group of students and the BNO maps. After the event you will need to double count your money collected with a volunteer at Hilhi.
