This year we will be selling bake sale goods at the snack shack! All items will be priced as $5. Examples would be a plate of lemon bars, a plate of cookies, a cake, or pie. Please arrive at Hare Field with your baked goods between 5:30-5:45pm. Please sign up here if you'd like to donate baked goods.

5-6 volunteers needed. (2 for counter, 2 for the back, 1 as a runner, 1 optional for restocking). Monica Hite is the snack shack lead and can help provide instruction as to what to do.

Parents please plan to meet at Hare Field and chaperone the students when they get off the bus at Hare Field, during the game, and then until they get on the bus to return to Hilhi.

Pit Crew is responsible for pushing the front ensemble instruments, equipment, and drum major stands from a staging area onto the field during halftime. They also help pull everything back off the field. This is a quick and easy job! Tom Bechtold will be the Pit Crew lead this year. He will be available to provide direction to folks who are unfamiliar with what needs to be done.

6 volunteers needed. (This shift requires clean up and restocking at the end of the night. 2 of the 6 volunteers will be needed to count the money).

Time is TBD on this. We will need at least one driver.
