Home Coming Parade followed by Football Game at Hare Field. Call time is 3:45pm. Info below has been updated as of 10/2/19

Friday Night is our Homecoming Parade and Football Game! Students need to stay at school when school gets out!

Here are the details:

3:45 Pizza Dinner in Band Room

4:15p-Students get into uniforms, and also help out with any additional loading of the trucks.

5pm-Depart for Lincoln Elementary School

6pm-Parade Step-off (March from Lincoln Elementary to Hare Field)

6:30pm (ish) Arrive at Hare Field.

Parents I have received approval for you to ride the bus. Please plan to meet at Hilhi prior to 5pm. Buses will depart at 5pm.

U-Haul Drivers
We will need two drivers for two U-haul trucks full of props and equipment. Drivers will drive from Hilhi to Hare Field and back following the game.

5:45pm - 6:00pm
Snack Shack Bakers
This year we will be selling bake sale goods at the snack shack! All items will be priced as $5. Examples would be a plate of lemon bars, a plate of cookies, a cake, or pie. Please arrive at Hare Field with your baked goods between 5:30-5:45pm. Please sign up here if you'd like to donate baked goods.

5:45pm - 8:00pm
Snack Shack -1st Shift
5-6 volunteers needed. (2 for counter, 2 for the back, 1 as a runner, 1 optional for restocking). Monica Hite is our volunteer lead will be available to provide direction to folks who are unfamiliar with this job.

Pit Crew
Pit crew can plan to meet at Hare Field at 7pm. Tom Bechtold is the Pit Crew lead and will be available to provide direction to folks who are unfamiliar with what needs to be done.

Snack Shack - 2nd Shift
6 volunteers needed. (This shift requires clean up and restocking at the end of the night. 2 of the 6 volunteers will be needed to count the money.) Monica Hite is our volunteer lead will be available to provide direction to folks who are unfamiliar with this job.
