We are not going to Grant's Pass this year; we will be doing the Marching Arts Challenge at the Hillsboro Stadium on Oct 9 instead. Updated 9/6/21.

Bus Chaperones
3 chaperones are needed to ride bus #2. Please ensure you spread out between the back front and center of the bus per Mr. Fotland's request. Two chaperones are needed to ride bus #1

U-Haul Truck Drivers
Two drivers are needed to drive our U-Hauls to Grants Pass on Friday and back home on Sunday.
The times for picking up the trucks and loading them will be published here once we get closer.

Hilhi Band Trailer Driver
One driver with a pick-up to haul the Hilhi Band trailer.
Exact time for loading TBD.

Overnight Chaperones
At least 6 chaperones will be needed to sleep in the gym and a couple more folks will be staged in the main and back hall.
