Her are some task I'll need help with:
- pick up all trash and make sure it's bagged/recycled
- take down lights
- take down lanterns
- box up center pieces
- break down tables and chairs
- bag the table linens
- bring in the drink dispensers and extra utensils
- empty ice water from coolers
