We will be hosting the NWOC Jazz League Festival at Hilhi. A hospitality room will be set up for our guest judges and directors. Some volunteers are needed to pick up food for the hospitality room and additional volunteers to check the hall and monitor the hospitality room. If you purchase food, please keep your receipt to be reimbursed.

7:45am - 8:00am
Food pick up & delivery
A volunteer is needed to purchase and deliver 2 boxes of coffee from Starbucks (call in your order the day prior) and an assortment of doughnuts. Please plan to drop off items in the hospitality room by 7:45am.
