Elementary School Band Tour

We are in need of two parents that have a large truck and a mini van that would be willing to drive equipment around to all of the elementary schools to support the tour. Drumline equipment will go in the truck and tubas can go in a mini van. These parents would also need to double as chaperones during the tour.
Geoff has a request into the district asking for a box truck and a driver; however due to the shortage of drivers he won't know until Monday morning if the transportation department will grant his request. If they do then the drivers can just chaperone if that's okay? Depending on bus space you may need to follow the bus to each elementary in your personal vehicle.

Drivers can double as a chaperone. We need two chaperones and we are short on bus space since we are limited to one bus for kids.
