• 7:00-9:00 am am-Wake Up/Showers/Clean up facility
• 8:00 am-Breakfast at compound.
• 9:30 am-Change into Uniforms
• 9:50 am-Begin Visual Warm Ups at Compound area
• 11:00 am-Transition to music warm-up area
• 11:15 am-Music warm-up
• 12:32 pm-Transition to Gate
• 12:42 pm-Gate time
• 12:52 pm-Prelim Performance
• 1:30 pm-Lunch at Compound/Provided by Band Boosters
• 2:45pm-Preliminary Awards
• TBD pm-Finals Performance
• TBD Dinner provided by Band Boosters, time TBD based on finals performance time.
• 8:00 pm-Final Awards Ceremony

5:00am - 7:00am
Compound Set Up
Due to a Friday Night football game in Grants Pass, we must wait until Saturday morning to set up our compound. We will begin set up at 5am so we are done before Chuck Wagon volunteers arrive to prep breakfast at 7am.

Pit Volunteers
Tom Bechtold is the lead for Pit. Please plan to meet at the compound at 10:30am for prelims. The meeting time for finals will be determined once we know our gate time for finals.

Overnight Chaperones
At least 6 chaperones will be needed to sleep in the gym and a couple more folks will be staged in the main and back hall. A balance of male and female volunteers are needed please!

Bus Chaperones
Three chaperones are needed to ride bus #2 and two chaperones are needed to ride bus #1
