Winter percussion event at West Salem

Volunteers are needed to chaperone this event and also help set up a mini compound comprised of 3 EZ-UP pop up canopies for the kids to warm up. Tom Bechtold will be the lead on this and will have the canopies.

Mini Compound Setup & Chaperone
4 parent volunteers are needed to setup and move equipment and chaperone at the competition. As we get closer I'll let you know what time to meet at Hilhi. Tentatively the plan is to head out before the bus and box van to setup the compound. It takes about 5-10 minutes to setup our pop-up tents. Volunteers may want to bring a book or something to do - there is a lot of down time.
