Winter percussion event at Sherwood

Volunteers are needed to chaperone this event and also help set up a mini compound comprised of 3 EZ-UP pop up canopies for the kids to warm up. Tom Bechtold will be the lead on this and will have the canopies.
The schedule is as follows:
1:00pm-Students meet and load
1:30pm-Leave for Sherwood HS
2:15pm-Arrive at Sherwood and offload equipment.
2:30pm-4:20 Rehearsal Time
4:45pm-Performance
5:00pm-Dinner (Pizza?)
8:30pm-Awards/Head Home
9:30pm-Back at School

1:00pm - 9:30pm
Mini Compound Setup & Chaperone
4 parent volunteers are needed to setup and move equipment and also chaperone at the competition. Tentatively the plan is to head out before the bus and box van to setup the compound. It takes about 5-10 minutes to setup our pop-up tents. Volunteers may want to bring a book or something to do - there is a lot of down time.
