Winter percussion event at Glencoe

Volunteers are needed to chaperone this event and also help set up a mini compound comprised of 3 EZ-UP pop up canopies for the kids to warm up. Tom Bechtold will be the lead on this and will have the canopies.

Mini Compound Setup & Chaperone
4 parent volunteers are needed to setup and move equipment at the competition and also chaperone. Please plan to meet Tom Bechtold at Hilhi at 8am. The plan is to head out before the bus and box van to setup the compound. It takes about 5-10 minutes to setup our pop-up tents. Volunteers may want to bring a book or something to do - there is a lot of down time.
