• 7:00am-Leave for Grants Pass High School
• 7:15-8:00 Off-Load Equipment/Settle into compound
• 8-8:45am-Breakfast at compound at GPHS
• 8:50am-Change into Uniforms
• 9:20am-Begin Visual Warm Up
• 10:30am-Music Warm-up
• 11:13am-Walk-time
• 11:23am-Gate time
• 11:33am-Performance time
• 12:30pm-Lunch at Compound/Provided by Band Boosters
• 1:40pm-Preliminary Awards
• 3:45pm-Final Begin
• Dinner Time: TBD Pizza Provided by Band Boosters
• 7:49pm-Final Awards Ceremony

Plan to meet at the compound at 7am Sat. Shannon & Gil Camacho are the volunteer leads and will available to provide direction if you are unsure what needs to be done.

Overnight Chaperones
At least 6 chaperones will be needed to sleep in the gym and a couple more folks will be staged in the main and back hall. A balance of male and female volunteers are needed please!

Bus Chaperones
Leaving the middle school for Grants HS at 7am Sat. 3-4 chaperones are needed to ride bus #2 and two chaperones are needed to ride bus #1
