Friday, Oct. 13th (Info current as of 10/6/17)
• 12pm Band Students meet and load buses and Truck
• 1:30pm Depart for Grants Pass
• 3:30pm Eat Dinner at Home Town Buffet in Springfield Or. (Dinner provided by Band Boosters)
• 4:30pm-Back on route to Grants Pass
• 7:00pm Arrive at North Middle School in Grants Pass

Bus Chaperones
3-4 chaperones are needed to ride bus #2 and two chaperones are needed to ride bus #1

Compound Set Up
Attn: It has been confirmed that we can set up our compound on Friday! Martin is going to aim for 5pm on Friday Martin Obando is the volunteer lead for the Compound. Compound truck will be loaded at 9am Friday and will leave directly after that. (This is current info as of 10/8/17).

Overnight Chaperones
At least 6 chaperones will be needed to sleep in the gym and a couple more folks will be staged in the main and back hall.
