Band Family Potluck - Food Sign Up

HBBA Band Family Potluck
The Potluck will be right after the end of Band Camp showcase from the Marching Band, at approximately 6:00pm. Please be sure to bring chairs to sit in, and food to share. Keep in mind that you should bring the food when you come to the showcase, and not send it with your student when they come to camp in the morning. HBBA doesn't have a way to keep that much food cold all day, and then to reheat it.

A-F Main dish
G-L Salad/Veggie Tray
M-R Side dish
S-Z Dessert/Fruit
HBBA Board will provide baked & fried chicken, lemonade, and water.
-If you've previously signed up for a different kind of dish on TrackItForward, don't worry about changing it.
-Please be sure to label any dishes or platters so they can be returned to you.
-We will be asking the Section Leaders and Drum Majors with the band to do setup and cleanup.
