Winter Guard event with percussion - St. Helens

Volunteers are needed to chaperone this event and also help set up a covered area for warm up. If it's not raining we can get away with setting up 3 E-Z up canopies. If the weather changes and rain is in the forecast we will need to take the brown cooks tent that we use during marching season.

Call time is 7am
Prelims performance is 10:40am
Finals performance is 2:35pm
Return time is 7pm

*The band will stay to support Winter Guard Prelims performance so please anticipate band students returning 6:30-7pm.

Mini Compound Setup
A mini compound will need to be set up in case weather is bad. Also, students will need a place to store instruments.
