Winter percussion event at Glencoe

Volunteers are needed to chaperone this event and also help set up a mini compound comprised of 3 EZ-UP pop up canopies for the kids to warm up. Tom Bechtold will be the lead on this and will have the canopies.
I do not have the schedule at this time, but will update this page with that information once I know more. ~Leah

Chaperones
Chaperones will need to ride the buses to the event, supervise kids as equipment is loaded, and keep an eye on students during the event as needed.

Mini Compound Setup
Set up will include 3 canopies and needs to be set up at 8am at Glenco H.S. The end time is an estimate as the canopies can be taken down following the bands final performance at 6pm.
