Pride of the Northwest Marching Competition

Band will load up at 3:30pm on Friday (10/14/16) after school (buses leaving between 3:30-4:30) and will return on Sunday afternoon around 4pm. This is an overnight competition and it's located at Grants Pass High School. Chaperones will need to stay with the kids all night and we will be sleeping in the school auditorium.

Compound Set Up
Martin Obando, Will Alloway, Ken Knecht, and Rick Butcher are the volunteer leads. They will be available to provide direction to folks who are unfamiliar with what needs to be done. Two box trucks will be available at the school by 9:30am Friday. If you have availability to help load the trucks in the morning please include a message when you sign up.
Chuck Wagon
Shannon & Gil Camacho are the volunteer leads and will available to provide direction if you are unsure what needs to be done.

Chaperones
3-4 chaperones are needed to ride bus #2 and 2 chaperones are needed to ride bus #1. At least 3-4 chaperones will be needed to sleep in the gym and a couple more folks will be staged in the main and back hall.
