Hillsboro High School Band

Please plan to be ready to go at 4:30pm. Bus chaperones will accompany the kids during the home coming parade as they march from Lincoln Elementary to Hare Field.

5-6 volunteers needed. (2 for counter, 2 for the back, 1 as a runner, 1 optional for restocking). Martha Browning is the volunteer lead for Snack Shack. She will be available to provide direction to folks who are unfamiliar with this job.

A couple people will be needed to supervise kids as equipment is loaded at 4:30pm. Otherwise, chaperones can plan to meet at Hare Field at 7pm.

Tom Bechtold, Martin Obando, Ken Knecht, and Rick Butcher are the volunteer leads. They will be available to provide direction to folks who are unfamiliar with what needs to be done.

6 volunteers needed. (This shift requires clean up and restocking at the end of the night. 2 of the 6 volunteers will be needed to count the money.) Martha Browning is the volunteer lead for Snack Shack. She will be available to provide direction to folks who are unfamiliar with this job.
