Saturday, Oct. 10th PERFORMANCE DAY!

7:30-8:30am-Wake up, showers, eat breakfast
9am-Walk over to the Compound Area in the parking lot for the day.

PNW Prelims Round 7:30 wake up 8:30 eat breakfast at compound 9:30 offload band equipment and stage props 10:15 warm up stretch 10:30 get into uniforms 10:50 warm ups/feet with staff and DMs 11:25 walk 11:35 music and choreo in field 12:15 walk 12:25 gate 12:35 prelim performance 1:15 lunch 3:15 preliminary awards retreat 3:35 director mtg on 50 yardline Hillsboro 7:20 Finals 5:10 uniforms 5:30 feet/warm/choreo 6:15 walk 6:20 music 7:00 walk 7:10 gate 7:20 Finals Performance 7:50 dinner 8:45 clean up all garbage, organize all your stuff, turn in your band uniforms, load chairs 9:20 Awards 9:45 Breakdown compound 10pm Load Trucks

Pit Crew

Help get and push props and equipment to the field and onto the field during performances. Please plan to meet at by the uniforms at 11am for prelims. The meeting time for finals will be determined once we know our gate time for finals.

Overnight Chaperones

At least 4 chaperones will be needed to sleep in the gym and a couple more folks will be staged in the main and back hall. A balance of male and female volunteers are needed please!
