Drive a U-Haul to the competition. One spot is reserved for Russel Olsen
One driver with a pick-up to haul the Hilhi Band trailer.
Volunteers are needed to unpack and set up the Compound before the band and colorguard arrives and tear it down
and pack up the Compound U-haul.
Compound volunteers will assist with setting up our tents and kitchen. Help is also needed to break everything down on Saturday night and re-load the truck. We typically will break down our compound toward the end of the night; however, we try to get a jump on it before the end of the competition.

Chuck Wagon leads and can provide direction as needed. Plan to meet at 10am at the Compound as we are not serving breakfast.
Pit will be responsible for helping move the front ensemble, drum major stands, mic & stand, and the props during the preliminary and final performances at each band event. During the awards that follow the prelim performance, we will find out what time we play in the finals. Once we have that time, Vidal will make an announcement as to when to meet back at the compound to move Pit for the finals performance.
Pass out and collect uniforms. Dayna Willms is the Uniform Lead.
Unload the Compound U-Haul and put away items into the Compound storage shed.
