3:30pm-Depart for GP
6:30pm-Dinner/Eugene @Papa’s Pizza
9:30pm-Arrive at Grants Pass High School
9:30-11:30pm Students settle into Grants Pass High School Gym
Loading compound equipment onto trucks for Saturday's event.
2-4 chaperones are needed to ride bus #2. Please ensure you spread out between the back front and center of the bus per Mr. Fotland's request. Two chaperones are needed to ride bus #1
Two drivers are needed to drive our U-Hauls to Grants Pass on Friday and back home on Sunday.
The times for picking up the trucks and loading them will be published here once we get closer.
One driver with a pick-up to haul the Hilhi Band trailer.
Exact time for loading TBD.
2-4 chaperones will be needed to sleep in the gym and a couple more folks will be staged in the main and back hall.
