Band Night Out

Saturday, September 13 2025

This is a fundraising event for the band's general fund. Students will go door to door to raise money for the band. Parents are needed to drive groups of kids (however many you can fit in your vehicle) around to different neighborhoods. Neighborhood maps will be provided as we coordinate the areas in which we fund-raise. Pizza will be provided! After all money is collected, parents are to go back to the band hall to count the money and turn it in for a 2nd count.

DRIVERS: Please make sure your cars are clean and free from pet hair so we don't have to spend extra on dry-cleaning the uniforms before the competitions!

Saturday 9/13 - in cars/at esplanade 10 am - 3 pm
students 9:00 am - 3:30 pm
Parent Driver/Chaperones 9:30-3:30
-Get organized into groups
-Pack up equipment for Esplanade
-Eat Muffins and Quiche
-Get into uniforms
-Parent driver orientation and packet distribution

2 hours out in neighborhoods

Pizza lunch will be provided from 12-1pm.
-15 minutes to get in and out of uniforms
-45 minutes to eat

2 more hours out in neighborhoods

Chaperones at Sunset Esplanade

Meet at Hilhi to transport students to the Esplanade. Plan to bring a folding chair and meet at the Sunset Esplanade near Burlington. Spell guard holding Shakos during breaks.
