Referee: Responsible for knowing and implementing selected game rules with fairness and prudence. Referees will be able to select the sports they so choose, based on Morning/Afternoon Activities. All rules will be provided to referees in advance.

Time Keeper/Score Keeper: Time/Score Keepers are responsible for starting and completing games in a timely manner. Time/Score Keepers are also in charge of keeping accurate score so that matches are irrefutably.

Grounds Crew: The Ground Crew are responsible for pick up and maintenance of trash around the facility during the games. This includes changing bags in trash receptacles. The Ground crew will be given gloves and tools to pick up trash.

Water/Snack Table: Responsible for making sure all coolers are cleaned before the games and remain filled with water through out the day. Students are asked to bring a water bottle for filling, but small cups will be provided as a back up. Snacks will be distributed to students on a ticket basis and the Snack Table will be responsible for collecting the tickets and making sure snacks are replenished.
