arrive at 6pm to set up the event

check-in table attendants check off pre-paid attendees and collect payment for walk in attendees.

using a smart phone, take father/daughter photos and send them by either email or text message to attendees

assist with breaking down the event and returning the cafeteria to its original condition

provide 2 dozen valentines day themed dessert items to be served at the dance. NOTE: all dessert items should be dropped off at school by 6pm on Friday, February 16th. Items can be left in the kitchen attached to the school cafeteria.
