This is a great opportunity to come and share some of your favorite books (or that of your child) with our class! You will also earn 30 minutes towards your required parent volunteer hours!
Come with about 3 books and be ready to read for 20 minutes.
A few guidelines that will make this time more enjoyable and meaningful for all (especially YOU!)
1. Please have your child sit on the carpet with everyone else (not in a chair next to you or in your lap).
2. Please preview/practice the books before you come to read them- the excitement and interest you convey while you read is contagious!!
3. Do not be afraid to stop and wait if the class is not being respectful or good listeners. We want this to be your time and you are in charge when you are reading :)
