We will need at least FIVE volunteers to help set-up/arrange tables, hang signs, organize food tables.

We will need FOUR people to fulfill one-hour time slots at the check-in table.

We will need THREE people to fulfill one hour time slots directing traffic/parking to maximize efficiency in the lot.

We are looking for the best beef chili, white chicken chili, turkey chili, or vegetarian chili you've got! When you sign up, please indicate what type of chili you'll be submitting. You should plan on cooking your chili the day before the cook-off, and arriving on the day of the event at 12:00 to set-up your crockpot or hot plate for warming up. Please bring an extension chord and power strip. We will provide small plastic ramekins and spoons for tasting. You are welcome to decorate your table/station in any theme or design you'd like (or not at all). Judging will be based on taste only, and each type of chili will have a winner in its group. One grand prize winner will be awarded to the Best Overall Chili.

We are asking volunteers to help us provide desserts for each meal. We ask that you provide a baked good(s) to accompany the meal plates for each attendee.

We'll need two judges for each age group (preschool to 1st, 2nd to 5th, and 6th to 8th). This would also be a good job for an older child/teenager. And two of these judges can judge our "Best Trunk" from the trunk-or-treat cars.

We would like to have volunteers decorate their trunk and line up in a designated area for trunk-or-treating. Volunteers will provide candy and decorations.
