Help prepare the snack platters and bring them upstairs.

Welcome Grandfriends as they arrive, help them find their name tags, and explain the day’s schedule. Then direct them to the theater for coffee and treats.

Each K–1 class is divided into two groups, and each group needs its own volunteer. Stay with your assigned group for both sessions, walking them between the classroom and the specialist class. Along the way, take a photo of each student with their Grandfriend so we can send copies after the visit.

Each 2nd, 3rd & 4th class is divided into two groups, and each group needs its own volunteer.
