We are so excited to bring back this awesome event providing FREE skating to anyone on Sunday, October 11 from 1pm-230pm. In order to provide this event for anyone interested in trying skating, we need your help covering different stations to make the event run smoothly. Please review the different areas and see what would work for you. Thank you for your help!
Bring some snacks for skaters & families. 60 min towards volunteer time.
Help DESC set up tables, food and skates before the event begins.
Provide club information to new parent/skaters that may have questions about the club
Help new skate families register for winter session. Will have laptops for helping families register
Help new skaters rent and return skates. Will be in the skate closet helping with pass out and returns
Help keep food station clean, organized and filled
Supervise the ice while skaters are skating. Please see the red binder for additional information.
Help DESC take down tables, clean up food, return skates and assist with all other clean up.
