Bingo Volunteer Requirement 

Each St. Bernard School family is required to complete 15 Bingo volunteer hours between August 2, 2026, and July 31, 2027. Families fulfill this requirement by completing three (3) five-hour Bingo shifts.

Bingo is held every Friday, with one volunteer shift available:

Main Shift: 5:00 p.m.–10:00 p.m.

During this shift, volunteers may assist with preparing and selling Bingo games and pull tabs, assisting players, counting money, organizing materials, cleaning tables and the parish hall, removing trash, and completing closing duties.

Volunteers must remain for the entire shift, focus on their assigned responsibilities, and refrain from using cellphones except in an emergency.

A missed Bingo session will result in a $150 no-show fee. Missed sessions cannot be rescheduled or made up.

Families may select the Bingo Buyout Option for $450, which fulfills the entire 15-hour Bingo volunteer requirement and is equivalent to all three required sessions.
