St. Bernard School, Bellflower

Dear Families, 

This year, our annual festival will be on October 9th, 10th, and 11th.  All parish groups are volunteering their time to help this Festival be a success.  Please be aware that each school family must work four (4) hours. At this time, please select the time slot that best suits your schedule. 

If you are unable to honor your scheduled time slot, a $100 no-show fee will be added to your FACTS in October. Please note that extra helpers may not attend for only part of the shift. If you plan to bring additional assistance, please notify us in advance by completing this form.

Este año, nuestro festival anual se celebrará los días 9, 10 y 11 de octubre. Todos los grupos parroquiales están ofreciendo su tiempo como voluntarios para que este festival sea un éxito. Tengan en cuenta que cada familia de la escuela debe de trabajar cuatro (4) horas. En este momento, les rogamos que seleccionen el horario que mejor se adapte a sus necesidades.

Si no puede cumplir con su horario asignado, se le cobrará una cuota de $100 por inasistencia, la cual se añadirá en sus cuenta de FACTS en el mes de octubre. Tenga en cuenta que no se permitirá que ayudantes adicionales participen solo por una parte del turno. Si planea traer ayuda adicional, debe notificarnos con anticipación completando este formulario.
